NGAAZ and EANGA are conducting a silent auction for a 5-drawer Toolbox, which was donated to the associations by Vidmar-Lista.

Vidmar-Lista has supported the associations the last several years as a conference sponsor and has once again graciously donated this toolbox to be auctioned off.  Vidmar, maker of the toolbox, is a proud division of Stanley Black & Decker. AUCTION RULES: 

  • The auction began on 26 April 2025 during the 2025 State Conference weekend at Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and will continue through NOON, Saturday, 12 July 2025.
  • Bidders may enter multiple times, as long as the current bid meets the minimum bid requirement.
  • Bid Requirements: All bids will be submitted in increments of $50, i.e., $200, $250, $300, $350, etc.  Any new bids placed must be at least $50 more than the Current High Bid which is shown on the BID LIST at the bottom of this page.
  • NOTE: Three bids were received during the State Conference which established the Current High Bid as $550 as of 22 May 2025.
  • All bids must be placed online, utilizing the BID FORM below – no in-person bids or bids placed via phone or email will be accepted.
  • The final qualifying bid placed before the auction closes at Noon on 12 July 2025, is considered the winning bid.
  • The winner will be notified by phone & email shortly after the auction closes.
  • Pick-up and transport of the toolbox is the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Payment of the full bid price is due on or before the scheduled date of pick-up from the NG Sales Store.
  • The winning bidder assumes all responsibility for any risks or hazards associated with the item.

  • Made of 12 GA Steel

  • 900 lb. weight capacity per caster

  • Maple wood top

  • Valued at approximately $5,000 which is the current commercial price

 

The Vidmar Gray 5-drawer Toolbox we are auctioning is currently on display and can be viewed at the National Guard Sales Store at Papago Park Military Reservation.
