SGT Michael Fouts, HHC 1-158th Infantry, was recently named as the Army National Guard’s NCO of the Year and member of the ARNG’s Best Squad.
Selected from among the Army National Guard’s finest, they demonstrated exceptional resilience, discipline, and warrior spirit throughout one of the Army’s toughest competitions.
