President’s Message:

It’s been a few months since our last newsletter, but our EANGA team has been busy, and I wanted to provide a few updates to our members. We jumped right from planning for the State Conference, which occurred on the weekend of May 29-30th, to getting ready for and attending the EANGUS National Conference in Daytona Beach, Florida at the end of July, with additional smaller events in between.

While the State Conference and the EANGUS National Conference are the BIG events for the year, every opportunity we have to get out and share our mission and what EANGUS & EANGA is working on is just as important. Here’s a few of the events we’ve participated in over the last several months:
Briefed the ARNG E-9 Summit on August 14th
Professional Development and Membership Drive hosted jointly by EANGA, NGAAZ, & Quad-A at Hundred-Mile Brewery on September 11th. — thanks to everyone that showed up!
AZNG Community Resource Fair & Dodgeball Tournament at PPMR on September 18th

We also have some events that we’ll be attending in the near future or that we’re planning — please look for us there and stand by for more info!
253rd Engineer Battalion Family Day in Florence on December 6th
AZNG Day at the State Capitol, February 23, 2027
2027 EANGA & NGAAZ State Conference, Casino del Sol Resort & Conference Center in Tucson, AZ on the weekend of 21-22 May 2027

And don’t forget — you’re invited to attend any of our monthly EANGA Board meetings — they are conducted virtually on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 1700 hours, and last no more than one hour. As members, you should receive our monthly meeting invite and Google Meet link via email, but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at eangaorg@gmail.com

I’m also excited to report that we are very optimistic that we will meet our membership goal this year which is to have at least 600 enlisted members on our rolls by the end of December. To do that, we’re offering some new incentives to current EANGA members — check out the Membership section of the newsletter below for all those details. We’re also asking that you help us bring in new members with the FREE Digital Membership offer and other End of Year Specials! THANK YOU for your continued support and membership!
