As President of the Enlisted Association National Guard of Arizona (EANGA), I invite you to join us at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, located at 8000 S. Arizona Grand Parkway in Phoenix for our Annual State Conference on 29-30 May 2026. This is your conference—built to develop leaders, strengthen the enlisted voice, engage our partners, and bring our community together.
The EANGA and NGAAZ State Conference business meetings and the Association’s Annual Golf Tournament will be conducted on the same weekend, and at the same location as the AZNG Professional Development Program and the Civilian, Airmen and Soldier of the Year (CASY) Awards Banquet.

Friday, May 29, 2026:
- Golf Tournament – Shotgun start at 0630 at the Arizona Grand Golf Course. Registration required NLT May 22, 2026.
- Welcome Night Event – Join us for a meet & greet from 7-10pm — theme, activities, registration, and additional information to be announced!
Saturday, May 30, 2026:
- AZNG Professional Development Session: 0800-1200 in the Sonoran Sky Ballroom. Speakers, Exhibitors, Networking.
- EANGA & NGAAZ Business Meetings: Begins at 1230 with a complimentary boxed lunch for meeting attendees. Speakers, discussion of resolutions/legislative activities, and the annual election of officers.
- Civilian, Airmen, and Soldier of the Year Awards Banquet hosted by Arizona’s Adjutant General, 1730-2130. Registration required NLT May 18, 2026.
NOTE: Registration is not for the AZNG Professional Development Session – please check with your unit to get on the attendee list for Professional Development on Saturday morning.

Join us for a Family-Friendly Weekend
Your spouse and family members are welcome and encouraged to join you at the Arizona Grand for the weekend. The Arizona Grand Resort offers a variety of family activities to include their on-site Oasis Water Park. Four (4) passes for the Oasis Water Park per room are included with each reservation. Additional passes can be purchased each day at the front desk. If you plan on staying at the hotel, please get your reservations made before April 29th.
