2021 ARNG Best Warrior Competition
Hosted by the Enlisted Association National Guard of ArizonaCamp Navajo, Arizona – 19-23 July 2021
The 2021 ARNG Best Warrior Competition is complete and the awards dinner was conducted on Friday, 23 July 2021. EANGA extends our “Congratulations” to the Soldier of the Year, SGT William Lukens from the Tennessee Army National Guard and the Special Forces Soldier from the 19th Special Forces Group, Utah National Guard, who was named as the NCO of the Year. Both of these Soldiers will go on to represent the National Guard in the U.S. Army Best Warrior Competition later this year!
EANGA would also like to thank all of the sponsors who supported the 2021 Best Warrior Competition at Camp Navajo, AZ from July 18-23, 2021. From the special support and assistance provided by ESS Eye Pro, the Awards Dinner hosted by USAA, the snacks and food provided by the USO and the MP Regimental Association, financial donations, and all the products and gifts provided to the competitors and winners, they came through and made this a top-notch event for everyone!

Welcome ARNG Best Warrior Competitors, Guests, and Sponsors! The Enlisted Association National Guard of Arizona (EANGA) is proud to partner with the Arizona National Guard to host and support this national event which will select the Army National Guard’s most outstanding NCO and Soldier for 2021. This year’s competition will be held at Camp Navajo Military Reservation, located at Bellemont, AZ which is 12 miles west of Flagstaff, AZ, and approximately 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix, AZ. Please review all the information provided below. All Competitors and Guests must register using the link below. NOTE: A separate registration link is provided for those vendors and businesses interested in providing support or sponsorship for this event which brings the “best of the best” from the Army National Guard to Arizona, as well as many senior leaders from across the United States. LODGING: All ARNG Best Warrior Competitors will be provided lodging at Camp Navajo during the period of the competition (18 – 24 July 2021).
All other guests are encouraged to utilize the block of rooms reserved for the Best Warrior Competition at the Doubletree by Hilton Flagstaff.
Doubletree by Hilton Flagstaff is located at 1175 W. Route 66, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 (11 miles from Camp Navajo)
A block of rooms under the group name 2021 ARNG Best Warrior Competition has been secured at the per diem rate of $138 per night.
